THIS IS A SELF PACED SESSION
In this session staff will participate in a recorded fitness video that participants can complete at their own pace. Bring a water bottle and have a towel handy. Come prepared with proper attire to participate in physical activity. Make sure you have an area that is safe to use and you are able to socially distance yourself. A yoga mat may be preferred for some of the activities.You may want to take this with a friend or alone.
